Project Manager

About This Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with hands-on site experience to oversee the execution of interior and architectural projects. This role involves managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with vendors and teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site execution of interior and architectural projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and design specifications.
• Monitor project timelines and track daily progress.
• Maintain quality control and site safety standards.
• Handle material planning, ordering, and inventory tracking.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-ground challenges.
• Coordinate with design and office teams for smooth project flow.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on site/project management experience (interiors preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical details.
• Experience in vendor and labor management.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution techniques.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and be actively present on-site.
